30 minute Vinyasa Flow

Join Rachel and Josephine for a 30-minute vinyasa practice, to warm the body and ease tension. This class intentionally moves at a slower pace to build internal fire, or agni, and sync movement with a powerful breath.

While this class is open to all levels of yogi, there is minimal guidance given to allow the student time and space to connect to Self.
