Journaling is a direct method for communicating with spirit. Journaling can take on different forms. Some playful ways are cartoon characters or stick figures with balloon captions. Doodling, sketching and drawing often yield symbols, geometry shapes and are helpful or solution based to what is being pondered. Writing when uncensored and free flowing naturally may leads to automatic writing. The key is to trust yourself. In this class we will explore a variety of tactics to open up to automatic writing.

In this fun and informative class we will learn about our 7 main energy centers. The chakra's can be interacted with in a variety of ways. For example each has a unique color signature, vibratory sound, gemstone and plant essence. I like to have fun, so while we are exploring our chakras we will make our own chakra bracelet's. This is a 6-month mentorship between you and your heart. A program designed to help you become the person you always wanted to be! Together, we will learn how to tap into your heart's wisdom as an access point to your higher self, aka Heart Coherence.

What to expect:

• Monthly in-person group Coherence circles. Here we will share our journeys and practice different spiritual and energetic techniques designed to open, connect to, and activate our largest energetic center, the Heart. These classes will feature journaling/free writing, yoga/somatic movement, meditation, EFT tapping, breath work, connection, discussion, and Reiki.

• Monthly 1:1 heart-activating/ energy clearing coaching session with Josephine (Scheduled separately, and at your convenience.)

• Monthly virtual heart coherence meditation emailed directly to you!

• Learn how to tap into your heart's wisdom as an access point to your higher self, aka Heart Coherence.

• Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique journey

Students of The Aligned Collective are permitted to use the parking lot for the building; you can find the parking entrance on Stewart St.

In this fun experiential class we will interact with Archangels and of course your personal guardian angels and their particular color ray. Using the Angels and auras oracle card deck we will practice connecting with the angels and receiving their messages for you. We will use practices to strengthen your visualization or felt sense of directing color light rays for specific intentions be it reiki healing, inner peace, manifestation, confidence or whatever you wish .
