With over a decade of practice, I’ve learned strength isn’t just about endurance or flexibility - it’s about resilience, presence, and inner confidence. Whether on or off the mat, the practice we create together is designed to help you move with intention, build stability, and cultivate the mental clarity to face life’s challenges with grace.

The Return: A Practice & Exploration Series

Ease into the week ahead with a 60-minute slow power practice designed to help you ground, move, and reconnect.

Each week, we explore a single pose - its shape, energy, and mythology - while returning to a steady core sequence that remains consistent throughout the series.

Come once for a thoughtful practice, or return each week and let the repetition settle into your body as a sequence you can carry into your home practice.

Offered seasonally on Sunday afternoons and evenings, begin your week by coming home.

One-off Opportunities to practice

A Spiral Practice: Moving Through the Jewish Year

Offered in rhythm with the Jewish holidays, this occasional practice is an invitation to step into the spiral of the year. Through movement, we’ll embody the energy, themes, and subtle shifts of each moment; experiencing the holiday not just as tradition, but as something lived and felt.


Where repetition becomes ritual

1:1 Practice

Work one-on-one to build a practice that meets you where you are and grows with you over time.

Whether you’re beginning, returning, or deepening your practice, these sessions offer space to slow down, pay attention, and move with intention. Together, we’ll shape something steady, supportive, and your own.

Sessions are 60 minutes, offered in-person or virtually at a time that works for you.

Rooted at Home

Through four 1:1 sessions, we’ll build a sequence tailored to your body and rhythm - repeatable, adaptable, and grounding. Over time, it becomes a practice you can return to with clarity and confidence. Best for establishing or deepening a consistent home practice.

Guided Sessions

A flexible space to explore poses, refine alignment, ask questions, or reconnect with your body and breath. Come with something in mind, or simply show up - we’ll meet you there. Best for drop-in support or focused exploration.
